Educational Consulting

A Needs Assessment can be an effective, informative and useful control for the successful maintenance of Display World's human resource development effort. InTech currently offers two Needs Assessment options. The first includes a comprehensive assessment to determine the training needs of Display World employees. In collaboration with Display World, InTech will determine, by job type, what skills are required to reach Display World's productivity goals. Following the InTech assessment, Display World will have a clear picture of what training is needed and who needs it.

The second option provides an answer to the question "What type of training will best meet Display World training needs?". The most favorable method of delivery for a particular type of content is dependent upon many factors. InTech will determine the optimal training mix of Instructor-led, Simulcast, Computer-based (CBT), and Web-based (WBT) training to ensure the highest level of knowledge retention by Display World employees. Upon the completion of either option, InTech will provide a report detailing its findings with specific action items to assist your organization in meeting its human resource development goals.
